Reanalysis using newly developed software based on rhesus macaque Ig sequences confirmed that 26 of 39 heavy- and light-chain pairs previously identified using human Ig sequences were functional. Overall, the epitope specificities, VH gene family usage, and isotype distribution were similar across different vaccina groups.
