CGRP induced the activation of NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways. (a, b) CGRP dose-dependently promoted the phosphorylation of MAPK (p38, ERK, and JNK). (c, d) NF-κB signaling pathway was also concentration-dependently activated by CGRP, and this activated effect was achieved through the phosphorylation of IκB-α.
