▪ Anosmia

▪ Loss of taste

▪ Sore Throat

▪ Shortness of Breath

▪ Nausea

▪ Myalgia

OR

Acute clinical illnesses associated with COVID-19 and in the 10 days before/after the virology test

▪ Influenza-like-illness

▪ Acute bronchitis

▪ Pneumonia or pneumonitis

▪ Lower respiratory infection

▪ Upper respiratory infection
