TR1⁴¹⁹-28BBζ CAR-T cells mediated dual antitumor effects. (A) 293T cells were transfected with the lentiviral plasmids expressing the full length or truncated TRAIL-R1. Then the expression of both types of exogenous TRAIL-R1 in 293T cells was determined by flow cytometry. (B) Mock T, TR1⁴¹⁹-28BBζ CAR-T cells, or TR1⁴¹⁹Δζ-T cells were evaluated for the TR1⁴¹⁹ scFc expression by flow cytometry.
