AC16 cells were exposed to 1 μM of FITC-labeled GA, MTS, MTS-H₃R₆, MTS-H₃R₉, GA-MTS-H₃R₆, and GA-MTS-H₃R₉ for 24 h. The cells were stained with MitoTracker (red) for 20 min and counterstained with Hoechst stain (blue) and then imaged by confocal laser scanning microscopy. Scale bar is 20 µm.
