CRISPR-Cas9 system for RBP editing and RNA regulation. Directed by the sgRNA, CRISPR-Cas9 endonuclease could either knockout or edit the targeted RBP. RBP regulation post CRISPR delivery can affect several post-transcriptional RNA processes that occur in the nucleus (splicing, capping, polyadenylation and other post-transcriptional modifications) and cytoplasm (transport, localization, stability, translation, and degradation).
