Risk factor association with incident early age-related macular degeneration (AMD), incident late AMD and progression by study. We conducted logistic regression including age, sex, follow-up time, smoking, former smoking, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), genetic risk score (GRS) and early AMD at baseline (BL) (as applicable). Shown are OR and 95% CIs for (A) incident early AMD, (B) incident late AMD among those with no or early AMD at baseline (definition 2) and (C) progression for AugUR.
