After controlling for a false discovery rate and corrected gestational age at MRI, 18 weaker connections involving 22 ROIs were identified in CHD. The top 10 hypoconnections are listed, along with associated their test statistics. The top 6 ROIs most frequently involved in the hypoconnected pathways are also listed. A pictorial representation of the hypoconnections and associated ROIs is provided.
