Rescue of antigen receptor signaling in a SLP-76-deficient T-cell line by Clnk. Parental Jurkat cells (clone E6.1) and a SLP-76-deficient variant (J14) were transfected with cDNAs encoding either Clnk or SLP-76, in the presence of the indicated luciferase reporter plasmids. Cells were subsequently activated, and luciferase activity was monitored, as detailed in Materials and Methods. Results are represented as percentages of values obtained with PMA plus ionomycin. All assays were done in duplicate. Average values with ranges are shown.
