KIF9-AS1 was upregulated while miR-148a-3p was downregulated in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). (a) KIF9-AS1 expression in patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) and normal healthy donors were measured by quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR). P < 0.01 vs. normal; (b) qRT-PCR was performed to confirm the KIF9-AS1 expression in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and normal healthy donors. P < 0.01 vs. normal; (c) qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-148a-3p in crohn’s disease patients and normal healthy donors. P < 0.01 vs. normal; (d) the miR-148a-3p expression in UC patients and normal healthy donors was measured by qRT-PCR. P < 0.01 vs. normal.
