MiR-148a-3p suppressed the dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced apoptosis of colonic cells. (a) quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) was performed to measure the expression of miR-148a-3p in HT-29 cells. **P < 0.01 vs. control; (b) the transfection efficiency of miR-NC and miR-148a-3p in HT-29 cells was assessed by qRT-PCR. **P < 0.01 vs. miR-NC; (c) the apoptosis rate of HT-29 cells after DSS treatment was examined by flow cytometry assay. **P < 0.01 vs. miR-NC; (d) western blot was implemented to measure the expression of apoptosis-related protein caspase-3 in DSS-induced HT-29 cells. **P < 0.01 vs. miR-NC.
