The hazard ratio was adjusted for sex, smoking status, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status, programmed death ligand-1 expression, and treatment line (2nd vs. ≥ 3rd). Total cholesterol, myristoleic acid, and linoleic acid were excluded from the multiple-lipid analysis because of their strong correlations with other lipids, and the results of the other combinations of the excluded lipids are presented in Supplementary Table 5
