Indications for administration of low-titer group O whole blood by IDF-MC guidelines (at least 1 criterion)

1. Systolic blood pressure <90 mm Hg (or undetectable radial pulse)

2. Heart rate >130 beats/min

3. Deterioration of consciousness without head injury

4. Hemoglobin ≤7 g%
