Graphs showing indocyanine green (ICG) dose finding for human patient ocular surface lymphangiography. A, Indocyanine green was mixed at various concentrations and the eye was imaged using the Spectralis HRA+OCT, the same camera used for human participants. High ICG concentration resulted in little or no signal, consistent with an inner filter effect. B, Data from only 0.01% to 0.0001% ICG concentration. The 0.005% concentration was chosen for human participants in the study. Data shown as mean ± standard error of the mean.
