Different manifestations of Early Repolarization. A. The J wave may be distinct or appear as a slur. In the latter case, part of the J wave is buried inside the QRS, resulting in an elevation of J0. Patients with a very prominent J waves have a worse prognosis. B. The ST segment may be upsloping, horizontal or descending.
