Heatmap colour represents the total number of shared gene disruptions in S.Typhimurium that yield resistance to both phages. (b) Mixed-node network graph showing connections between phage nodes (text labels, black) and gene nodes (coloured nodes). A gene node is connected to a phage node if disruptions in that gene gave high fitness against that phage (Dataset S4). Gene nodes are coloured by encoded function.
