APP695 interacts with EDEM1. Co-immunoprecipitation of APP from lysates of cells transfected with control vector, EDEM1, APP695, or cells cotransfected with APP695 and EDEM1. The beads were coated with anti-HA antibodies because the EDEM1-HA construct was used for transfection. Representative example is shown. Whole cell lysates (WCL) were analyzed with anti-HA, anti-APP, or anti β-actin antibodies.
