MLB supplementation attenuated HFD-induced muscle atrophy through the downregulation of TNF-α/NF-κB signaling. Proteins were isolated from the skeletal muscles and subjected to a Western blot with antibodies against TNF-α, TNFRI, NF-κB/p65, p-NF-κB/p65, IL-6, and GAPDH. Two representative samples from each group are presented (A), and the quantitative data are depicted (B–E).
