Effect of Pj-EE-CF on the expression of pro-inflammatory genes. The mRNA levels of iNOS (a), COX-2 (b), TNF-α (c), IL-1β (d), IL-6 (e), and IL-10 (f) were evaluated by qPCR on LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation. ^## p < 0.01 compared to normal group, and * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01 compared to control group (LPS alone). The p value was calculated using Bio-Rad CFX software.
