Effect of PSC on P. gingivalis LPS-induced inflammatory response in hGFs. Gene expression (mRNA levels) of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, and COX-2 were quantified in PSC-treated hGFs stimulated with P. gingivalis LPS using quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
