Time course of avian ceca-derived organoid growth from day-one-old broilers. Crypts were collected from the ceca of day-one-old broilers and seeded in Matrigel on a 24-well plate with organoid culture medium. The growth of live organoids was monitored, and images were captured using an all-in-one BZ-X800 Keyence Fluorescence Microscope on the day indicated as numbered. Scale bar = 200 µm.
