Numerical results for the optimization problem OP2. Anti-CTLA4 has been administered as mono-therapy (AC) and in combination with dendritic cell vaccine (AC + V). Both the immunotherapies have been tested by taking into account the general constraints defined in Section 2.5 and an additional constraint concerning the minimum time interval between two infusions ( $Δ_{t}$ ) fixed as 1 or 3 weeks. Column three and four list the infusion times and doses predicted by the model as the optimal schedules. The values $O_{1}$ and $O_{2}$ represent the first two components of the optimization function, namely $O_{1} = \int_{t_{1}}^{t_{f}} T u m (t) d t$ and $O_{2} = T o x (t_{f}, I_{p} (t))$ .
