Detection rate of CK20 and DEFA5 in blood samples of CRC and IID patients as well as healthy controls. MNC-derived cDNA from n = 98 CRC patients, n = 64 IID patients and n = 40 healthy controls was analyzed by RT-qPCR for expression of (A) CK20 and (B) DEFA5.
