(A) Control NB4 cells and ATG7-KO NB4 cells were incubated in a calcium-free medium and then stimulated with 5 nM (TG). Intracellular calcium levels were evaluated as described in the Materials and Methods section. Apoptosis was evaluated in control NB4 cells and the ATG7-KO NB4 cells treated with 10 nM TG for 24 h. In experiment (B), the results of three different ATG7 KO clones (#c1, #c2 and #c3) have been presented.
