The (A) transparent acrylic cage (30 x 30 x 30 cm3) and (B) insect rearing tent (160 x 160 x 180 cm3, 150 mesh) populations contained different ratios of uninfected females, uninfected males, and wAlbB-Tw males. The levels of population suppression are expressed as the percentage of eggs hatched in each treatment. Each result represents the mean ± SD of five independent replicates. Significant p values are indicated by asterisks: *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
