The population was tested under different ratios of uninfected females, uninfected males, and wAlbB-Tw males in (A) 1:1:3, (B) 1:1:5, and (C) 1:1:10. Population suppression is expressed as the percentage of eggs hatched and followed the procedure described in the Materials and Methods. Each result represents the mean ± SD of four independent measurements. (D) Analysis of the hatch rate at different environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) in the control group (Site A). Significance was determined using student t-test, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ns, not significant.
