Effect of 2-DG on H₂S-ameliorated cognitive impairment of ROT-exposed rats in the Y-maze test. After pretreatment with NaHS (100 μmol/kg, i.p.) for 1 w, SD rats were injected with ROT (2 mg/kg, s.c.) for 5 w. In the 3^rd week of ROT injection, rats were cotreated with NaHS (100 μmol/kg, i.p.) and 2-DG (3 μg/w, i.c.v.) for 3 w simultaneously. All rats were subjected to the Y-maze test. The alternation performance (a) and arm entries (b) over the course of 5 min were analyzed. Values are presented as the mean ± S.E.M.
