The pulp-crown (PT) and the pulp-apex (AP) points: the most superior and the most caudal point of the pulp canal, respectively. The mid-crown point (MC): located on the facial surface of the crown, equidistant both with respect to the occlusogingival and mesiodistal direction. The long axis of the tooth is defined as the line passing through PT and AP.
