The effect of SAMHD1 deficiency on intracellular dNTP levels is more pronounced in the context of LPS exposure. WT and SAMHD1 KO mice were treated with 10µg LPS i.p. and (A) splenocytes and (B) BM cells were harvested after 24 h. Intracellular dNTP levels were quantified using an RT-based assay. Each dot corresponds to mice from one cohort. Both male and female mice were included in the cohorts. Differences between dNTP levels in SAMHD1 KO mice treated or not treated with LPS was evaluated using a 2-tailed Student’s t-test; *, p<0.05; **, p<0.01; ***, p<0.001.
