The lncRNA GAS5 increases the protein levels of PTEN and cleaved caspase-3, but decreases the phosphorylation of AKT, mTOR, N-cadherin, and Snail. (A) The protein bands of P-mTOR, N-cadherin, PI3K-p85, PTEN, AKT, p-AKT, cleaved caspase-3, Snail, and β-actin in HEY cells were detected by western blot assay. (B) The protein bands of P-mTOR, N-cadherin, PI3K-p85, PTEN, AKT, P-AKT, cleaved caspase-3, Snail, and β-actin in SKOV3 cells were detected by western blot. The data were presented as the mean ± SD and analyzed using one-way ANOVA.
