Clinical course after sarilumab administration. Tenderness and swelling were assessed in 68 and 66 joints, respectively. Tender and swollen joints (approximately 28 joints) were assessed according to the following criteria: DAS28-CRP/ESR, CDAI, and SDAI. Glucocorticoids were tapered off 3 months after sarilumab administration.
