E¯irt* The amount of resource RDUR, which are available in region iI at the beginning of period t*.
C¯irt* The capacity of resource rRSER in region iI at the beginning of period t*.
X¯ikt*s The number of hospitalized patients in type kK at region iI at the beginning of period t*.
X˜ikt The number of accepted patients in type kK in region (hospital) iI in periods before t*, which they will be discharged at period t based on Γk. This parameter is zero for tt*+Γk.
X^ikt The number of accepted patients in type kK in region (hospital) iI in periods before t*, which is supposed to be discharged in period t based on Γk, but they are discharged in periods before t*.
Q¯irt The number of healthcare resources rRTR, which are transshipped from other regions to region iI in periods before t* and will be available at the beginning of period tT.
W¯ik The number of patients in type kK at region I, which are not accepted in any regions in period t*1 (previous period of the beginning period).
