Overexpression of PRKRA rescued the inhibitory effects mediated by AL033381.2 knockdown in HCC cells. (a–h) The inhibitory functions of AL033381.2 silencing on cell viability, proliferation, migration, and invasion were measured by MTT (a, c), colony formation assays (b, d), Transwell (e, f), and EdU staining assays (g, h) in Hep3B and Huh-7 cells transfected with the PRKRA overexpressed lentivirus or control vector, respectively. (i) The expressions levels of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, MMP2, and MMP9 were detected by Western blot analysis in Hep3B and Huh-7 cells that were transfected with shCtrl, shAL033381.2, or shAL033381.2+PRKRA groups, respectively. ^∗P < 0.05.
