Functional test of potential TRMT2A inhibitors in cells. (A) An FRA analysis was performed to detect the abundance of polyQ aggregates HEK293T cells after inhibitor treatment. The graph depicts a summary of at least three replicated measures. Nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn’s multiple comparison test revealed no significant differences.
