MLE and LLC were pretreated with PBS or NSC23766 (NSC, 100 μM) for 2 h and then went through 10 Gy of radiation. 24 h later, the apoptosis ratio (A) and potential of proliferation (C) were detected by Annexin V/PI method and Edu labeling with flow cytometry, respectively. At 6 h after radiation, the ROS content (E) was detected by ROS probe with flow cytometry. Panels B, D, and F were the quantification for A, C, and E, respectively. *** represented P < 0.01 and 0.001 between the corresponding groups, respectively. The error value was expressed as mean ± SEM. Experiments were repeated three times.
