ACE2 expression of lentivirus transduced cell lines. ACE2 expression was verified in cell lines transduced with lentivirus encoding human ACE2. An unspecific band was observed in both the untransduced and the transduced HeLa cells (not shown). The GAPDH loading control for the blot shown on the left side with A549 and HeLa cell lines was performed with the same lysates, but run on separate gels. The Huh7-ACE2 samples (h, l) shown on the right side are derived from separate cell populations, transduced with either a high or a low MOI of lentivirus. We used the low MOI transduced cells (small arrow), because ACE2 expression was sufficient to mediated SARS-CoV-2 infection.
