(A) Von Kossa staining of the aorta of control mice and calcified mice, the arrow shows the elastic fibers of intima and media were broken. A large number of black particles were deposited in the extracellular matrix. (B) Calcification marker protein BMP2 and BMP4 increased significantly in the blood vessels of calcified mice. (C) qRT‐PCR verified the mouse aortic calcification model, and the calcification was successfully induced. (D) qRT‐PCR was used to detect the expression of circSamd4a in calcified mouse aorta, which was significantly downregulated in calcified group.
