Predicted plasma concentrations achieved by a 90 min i.v. infusion of plitidepsin (1.5, 2, and 2.5 mg) and plasma IC₅₀ and IC₉₀ thresholds to assure concentrations in lung above IC₅₀ and IC₉₀ established in vitro, respectively (8, 52). Results were used to support the study doses and schedule. IC₅₀: half maximal inhibitory concentration; IC₉₀: 90% of maximal inhibitory concentration.
