Prescription 2 (Courneya et al., 2012) (Courneya et al., 2014) (“Advanced Aerobic”) may be appropriate for patients with more robust exercise capacity. Prescription 3 (Cheville et al., 2013) (“Basic Aerobic Plus Resistance”) may be appropriate for highly motivated patients who have limited exercise experience or tolerance. All three regimens can be completed at home with little requirement for upfront coaching or access to equipment. Detailed descriptions of the exercises in Prescription 3 can be found in Supplementary Materials 1.
