Standard dose isPPI+bismuth compound (two times/day, orally half an hour before meals)+two antibiotics (orally after meals). The standard doses of PPIs are esomeprazole 20 mg, rabeprazole 10 mg (or 20 mg), omeprazole 20 mg, lansoprazole 30 mg, pantoprazole 40 mg and prazole 5 mg. The standard dose of bismuth is 220 mg of potassium bismuth citrate (the standard dose of bismuth pectin is to be determined).¹
