Factor IIa inhibitor (dabigatran)	Apply idarucizumab If it is not available, issue PCC or aPCC (activated PCC) If medication is taken within 2-4 hours, consider activated charcoal.
FXa inhibitors (apixaban, betrixaban, edoxaban, and rivaroxaban)	Give Andexanet alpha If it is not available, PCC or aPCC If medication is taken within 2-4 hours, consider activated charcoal.
