The geometric mean concentrations (GMCs) with 95% confidence interval (CIs) are shown above each group. Responses to SCB-2019 were significantly higher than both ChadOx1nCoV-19 and Ad26.COV2.s vaccine groups (P<.0001) and significantly lower than mRNA-1273 (P<.0001) and BNT-162b2 (P=.0009) vaccine groups for both original and Alpha variant, utilizing rank-sum unpaired tests adjusted by Dunn multiple test.
