(A) Phase-contrast images of cell morphology during 7 days of cultivation in the different mediums. Myoblasts proliferation until the 2nd day of cultivation then myogenic differentiation was initiated from the 3rd day of cultivation. Fully differentiated myotubes were formed on 7th day of cultivation. Scale bar indicates 500 µm. (B) Cell viability based on Prestoblue assay was performed for 7 days of cultivation.
