NK cells from C.muridarum-infected mice polarized macrophages toward an M1 phenotype in vitro. NK cells from lung of C.muridarum-infected (iNK) or uninfected mice (uNK) were co-cultured with RAW264.7 cells at a 1 to 2 ratio for 24h. After removing NK cells from the culture, iNOS (A), TNF-α (B), ARG-1 (C) and IL-10 (D) gene expression were analyzed in macrophages by qPCR. Data are shown as mean ± S.D and are representative of three independent experiments with similar results. One-way ANOVA was used to determine significant differences between different groups.
