(A) Neuroimaging by CT after GCV treatment. Neuroimaging by CT was applied to assess brain damage of mice at P14. Representative CT images with cerebral calcification outlined by white dashed lines are shown. The calcification volume was estimated using imaging software. The percentage of calcification volume relative to that of the MCMV group was calculated. Data were analyzed by 2-tailed Student’s t test and results are presented as means ± SEMs. **P < 0.01.
