Trisomy 12 chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells show low levels of IRF4 with higher expression of Notch2 and Mcl-1. (A) IRF4, Notch2, and Mcl-1 expression was measured by Western blot in CLL patients harboring trisomy 12 and with no trisomy 12. Blots represent three representative CLL patients harboring +12 and three without +12.
