Effects of 10Z-Hymenialdisine on NF-κB activity in pancreatic cancer cell lines. Pancreatic cancer cell lines (MIA PaCa-2, SW-1990 and BxPC-3) were treated with 10Z-Hymenialdisine (5 µM) for 2 h and TNF-α (1 ng/ml) for 20 min.
