The downregulation of PCAT6 regulates ESCC cells proliferation and migration. (A) The expression of PCAT6 was tested using qRT-PCR after transfection with siRNAs in Eca-109 and Kyse-30 cells. (B) MTT assays were performed to confirm the viability of cell treated with PCAT6 siRNAs. PCAT6 knockdown significantly inhibited the viability of Eca-109 and Kyse-30 cells. (C) Colony formation assays exhibited that PCAT6 knockdown significantly inhibited the proliferation of Eca-109 and Kyse-30 cells.
