IC50 values were obtained from nitrite production reduction elicited by compounds after LPS stimulation. BV2 microglial cells were pretreated with compounds (0.3, 3, 10 and 30 μM) for 24 h, and then the medium was replaced with fresh medium containing compounds and LPS (100 ng/mL) for 18 h. Nitrite production was assessed by the Griess method. Data are means of four different experiments in duplicate.
