Sp1 mediated the regulatory effect of HCG11 on cell proliferation and invasion in EF24-treated TNBC cells. BT-549 cells were divided into control, EF24, EF24+lentivirus (LV)-NC, EF24+LV-HCG11, EF24+LV-HCG11+si-NC, EF24+LV-HCG11+si-Sp1. Cell (A) proliferation and (B) invasion were measured by EdU staining and Transwell assay. Shapiro-Wilk test was used to check whether the data follow a normal distribution and F-test was used to verify if the variances were significantly different.
